I think your being fair. It's not Moss and Brents fault that as true freshman they've been thrown in the fire. How is it we don't have anyone above them on the roster more ready to go than they are? We've had a couple injuries here and there but not enough to where we should be down to 2 true freshman both being in there... Unless they are top level talent which doesn't seem to be the case. I doubt anyone is goin to argue that... They've done alright here and there. But against good WRs, QBs and playcallers they can get burned enough for it to matter and that's what happened

Well we did. One transferred, one was hankins whose hurt, and one brents beat out (aka ojemudia). Hankins is our best corner when healthy. He would be starting every game opposite brents, if he was healthy. Moss beat out ojemudia, after oj struggled. Can't remember dudes name that was a part time starter last year would have been the 3, but was upset when oj and hankins beat him out in camp, so he transferred..

So it was hankins, oj, dude whose name i can't remember, brents, then moss. Then dude left and it was hankins, oj, brents, moss. Then it was Oj, brents, moss, hankins hurt. Then it was Brents, moss, oj. Which is what it is now. I think we can all agree i spent way too much time talking about this. Sorry. i'm tired.

Rugamba's the dude i couldn't remember the name of that oj and hankins both beat out. he was listed as 3, didn't like it, transferred.

I've rewatched the 3 tds against Moss. Moss truly only was beat once, and that was on the slant(bad position, techniqe).

Moss, while not in perfect position, had solid coverage on both long tds, he wasnt "burnt". He of course needs to improve on looking for the ball, and fight through a savvy push off by a wr. The 2nd td was an absolute perfect pass.

True frosh, on an island without over the top Safety help.

If there is blame, it's on Parker. But it was pick your poison.... #4 underneath, or...well... what we saw. Clearly, in hindsight, bad call.

It sucks, but this wasnt the same as Rugumba last year, and I think Moss will be a solid one.

Hankins is likely our best cover corner, when healthy.

I have no idea if blitzing would have worked, but Phil should have tried something. That said, Phil has earned a fair bit of equity.
