So so dumbWhat a dumb analogy!!!!![]()

Uh oh
When Kirk rolls out the now patented Armadillo offense, Hawks will be in for a dogfight with the Boilers.
Don’t mark down this 8-4 record just yet.
Wouldn't it be fun to watch Iowa and Purdue punt 10 times each.
You know the punt play is the most under appreciated of all plays in football.
We would do well to delve into its nuance.
There's a lot of wind on this board.
Weather looking more crappy tomorrow. Gusts to 35 with possible rain snow mix.
If Hawks are at the 10 punting into the wind, KF may well just take the safety. Probably be more effective than a backwards punt given our prowess here.
We should come out with leather helmets, goat leggings and black high top cleats to period match the 115th ranked Armadillo O.
Unfortunately my week, month, year, life, are GREATLY affected by what the Hawks do. Wish I could turn it off like a switch but doesn't work that way. He'll Rob, I'm not mad at all. It's almost laughable how bad the offensive philosophy is to many fans.
The good news is this is only college football and in reality it doesn't make a blip on the important things in life.
I'll still have my opinions or vent though and then move on.
Living out of Iowa now means I don't have to live and die with Iowa sports. It's not my livelihood thank goodness.
Purdue threw it 60 times last week. Wind probably hurts Boilers. Not sure who that benefits in the game. Can Iowa open enough holes on Purdue in the running game where the wind won't be a factor? If so, I think it benefits Iowa. Can Purdue load the box and successfully stop the run, which has proven the case a few times this year? If so, the wind may be a neg and make Iowa one dimensional which could bode well for Purdue.
