Will this loss cause you to not go to the tOSU game now?

It seems like quite a few new tickets are for sale. Anyone not going now as a result of the NW loss? If so, what is your reasoning?

I sat in the rain at Evanston and watched arguably the worst defeat in a long, long time.

However, I'll drive my arse to IC next week and cheer. We lost to NW. It sucks. Time to move on.

Me and my college friends reunite every year for senior day. So no, it won't stop me from going. It may stop me from losing my voice however.

If anyone is not going because of a loss to NW you are not a true fan IMO. Go give these seniors support for their last game at kinnick. Just would like to remind people that this is still Iowa football and it is way better then the off season.

Going of course. We still have ALOT to play for this season. Has Iowa ever beaten Penn State, Michigan, and Ohio State in the same season? I want to witness that. We can still get to the Capital One Bowl if the Hawks, MSU and Wisconsin win out and OSU loses in Iowa City and again against an improving Michigan team in a rivaly game. My cup is still half full on this season.

I hope everyone remembers the beat down we inflicted on Michigan State after our gut wrenching loss to Wisky. This was a kick in the sack, but by Wednesday (KF has a 24 rule, I don't) I'll be getting jacked again for the season's last trip to our Mecca.

It is Senior Day, and this group playing their last game at Kinnick has given us incredible thrills the last three years. They deserve us to send them off in a full and raucous stadium.

I'll be there.

Unfortunately the pair of Ohio State tickets my wife purchased for my birthday off StubHub for $300 apiece are most likely worth about 50 bucks now, but I'm still going. In fact, I'm driving from Georgia for the game.

(We were driving up anyway to spend the week in Iowa for Thanksgiving, but sounds better to say I'm driving 1000 miles to see the Hawks! )

As a side note, my wife gave me a little perspective yesterday. I was pretty bummed about the NU loss and she said... "Get over it, it's only football". She's right.
