JVB throws a fade better than anyone else I've seen in an Iowa uniform. I'd say that is his best throw.

I don't argue that JVB has some issues, but to point those weaknesses as it relates to coaching without also acknowledging the strengths as they relate to coaching is disingenuous at best.

Other than JC every single starting QB for Iowa has been named to an all BigTen team. That includes an unheralded juco qb that won the AP player of the year and finished second in the Heisman voting. That included a 6-6 slow footed texan whose throwing motion made Tebows look pretty. That included a 5-10 first year starter who took us to a major bowl victory with no running game. That included an unheralded kid from Ohio who ended up in the NFL. And it soon will include a homegrown kid from no-where Iowa.

There are a lot of criticisms of KOK that are if not warranted at least reasonable and understandable, but criticizing him for lack of QB development is mossyfrimping idiotic.

Name one B10 school who has had better QB play than Iowa over the last 11 years.

The only team that does a better job than Iowa of getting production out of QBs is NW, and they are a system team.

Spud - there are huge issues with playcalling for sure.

But we turn our QB's into robots who are afraid to make a mistake, an unfortunately that means more time than not, that we miss opportunities.

I agree...his delivery needs a lot of work

How is his throwing motion that much different than Brady?
