Why is it I see more claims about others wanting to keep Kirk than I do about posts actually saying they want to keep Kirk. I can't believe someone would be more interested in keeping the coach than the success of the football. The success of the team should be the number one criteria for a coach keeping his job. A lot of other things fall in after that but if the wins aren't there then the coach shouldn't be there either.
I agree, Doc. You say 'if the wins aren't there'. At what W/L record do you think the wins are there?
For the schedule we have this year, I say an 8 win season is nominal. I don't think KF is in trouble with the AD until around four wins or less. Otherwise, KF stays and fans continue to fume.
