haha,, this is what it has come to. I dont like people to stick their noses in it but I really hate these incentives tied to what the players do on the field. Shit, he is getting paid 4 million a year, why does he need incentives. I dont worry about the base salary, it is not tax payer money, so make your flat salary and skip the friggin incentives based on how 20 somethings play football where recriminations could come into play

Bowl preparedness has been Kirk's Achilles heel over the last half-decade (did they seriously bring the wrong damn cleats to the Taxslayer bowl???). I voted yes because it's time to turn the trend around. No clue if it will happen...

It's really not about bowl victories. They come and go. It the consistency I hang my hat on every year.

1) We will lose a game to a team we should not lose to. (Purdue)
2) We will look like a top 5 team in certain games (Penn State / Ohio State).
3) We will look lost on offense in a few games (NW / MSU / Purdue).
4) We will be shown just enough to keep us interested in the team.
5) We will throw in a year every 4-5 years that defies logic and all things football.
5) Rinse and repeat.
