They shouldn't wait so long it would be more difficult to train not knowing if you are in for sure or not.

If they're on the bubble, they're training like they're in the tournament.

Also, they have the RPI so they know where they stand, that coupled with who they've beat and who else is in the running for a wildcard helps, if you sit down with the rpi and d1wrestling.net youll be able to figure out whose in and whose out before wednesday which I am sure these coaches and wrestlers have done. That said if theres any chance, these kids are training, no question

I wonder then with 49 being so stacked this year in the Big 10 if Ballweg slips in....at this point we can use all the possible points we can get to make it 4 in a row
