Why is Xavier game not televised?

The guide on my tv shows the game on channel 220 (direct tv) at 4pm (pacific) Thursday.

Comcast/Xfinity/Dogchit lists it on channel 689 5pm MST

Iowa/Xavier at 6PM Thursday on channel 827, NBCSP, on Mediacom, followed by Tennessee/UTEP at 8:30 CT.....

Friday they have the semifinals at 6:00 and 8:30 PM CT, same channel.....

LVH, I have directv and I see this listing. However, it isn't a channel I get, so I'd have to pay extra. This is on the NBC pay channels and not their free (network) channel. Watching Iowa basketball has become an expensive form of rocket science, it seems. It's about as conveluded as can be, in the preseason.
