Why is Woodbury starting?

What the **** games do you watch? I've been impressed all year with how willing Woodbury is to bang with other big guys. He hasn't backed down from anyone yet. He was going right at it with Nix last night. I can't wait to see how good Woodbury will be as an upperclassmen.

This is true, Woodbury is far from soft. He is at a strength disadvantage in most match ups, but he aint soft.

Take a look at the stats of who ML had playing ahead of him.

ML was a lottery pick one year later. If he were anywhere near that level as a freshman, he would have been playing a lot more and putting up much better numbers. Tisdale hasn't played a single second of an NBA game.

Because he has a significant defensive presence in games whether he is putting up a lot if numbers or not.
