Without seeing the picture you speak of (I however have DVR), "Mr. T" was De'andre Johnson future tailback for the hawks. Dude has a serious beard. I had to rewind it to: A. check out the chick and B. check out the beard. I got a chuckle thinking of what Ferentz would think of his garb including some huge rocks in his ears.
