Who said #7 Marvin McNutt Jr was "soft"??

Spielman said he took the play off, he was right. Not sure what the argument is supposed to be. Receivers take plays off...it happens.

People are pi$$ed that Spielman said "If I'm an NFL team I have some concerns about that"...could be the first play he's taken off in 3 years, but Spielman's worried...

Boys, you are making a big deal out of nothing. Spielmen said he either looked confused or took a play off. Maybe he heard the wrong play. He took 2 steps and starting walking. Personal opinion, i think he was confused and felt it was a run play. The cb backed off from him and 7 turned around and looked like "what just happened." Pure opinion on my part,

Spielmen didn't say anything bad.

On a side note, when Norm retires i think Spielmen would make a great D coordinator.

This. If Marvin made a habit of taking plays off, THAT would be an issue. I've never seen him take one off before yesterday, so I hardly think it's cause for concern at this point.

for some reason he didn't run a route on a play, probably a reason for it, not sure.
BUT...the one thing MM could do to be even better is be a smidgeon more physical...especially in the league he will have to be

What does "soft" mean exactly? Anyone who puts on the uniform knows they could be hit.

On the on hand we say player safety is important but on the other we call guys "soft" if they don't play through horrible injuries that will take away their mind and body when they are older.
