Who are you most excited about?

Anyone remember back in October when AJ put on the Hawkeye hat? Man, all of Hawkeye Nation was elated. I thought it was going to be declared a national holiday. The Lounge on report had a thread running that hit 10,000 views in a matter of hours. Hype from this year's class that can only be matched by CJ.

Now he is not making people's top 5 lists? People are afraid to say they're exited about him? Kid is an amazing football player, will help the team in some way-shape-or-form.

My top 5 (in no particular order):

AJ
Coker
Donnal
Morris

So many others that I believe fit the mold of prototypical Hawkeye players and will be key contributors. Hope we can red-shirt most of them!

If Ferentz thinks he could be special at QB I think you need to hold out and wait for that. Even if that means he doesn't see the field for 3 years until he is RS JR and Vandenberg is gone. Look at how Iowa struggled with Christensen and an injured Tate, having a good QB is so important. It's much easier to find solid LBs than it is QBs.

I know that this is somewhat off-topic, but since we are talking about where AJ ranks in the QB depth chart, anyone heard what may come of Weineke? I have no inside knowledge, but was wondering if anyone switch positions, it might be him.
