For BBall, the strength and conditioning is handled by Rusty Burney who has actually done a pretty solid job since joining the staff I believe 2 years ago. You could definitely see the transformation in Gatens and McCabe not too mention a guy like Stokes who has added perhaps 15-20 lbs since the first time I saw him last season.
