Seems to me Sherm earned his pay in spotting this one little-noticed recruit and getting Fran involved. Aaron is the type of prototypical player that will make Fran a success at Iowa.

The hilarious thing about White's recruitment is Vadger fans claim that Bo backed off White once Uthoff committed to Wisconsin and White would have went to Wisky if they would have offered. Now both Uthoff and White are in the black and gold.

Nice article. Clark Kellogg said during the Iowa Ohio State game that White was one his his favorite players to watch play. Long and athletic and gets up and down the court really well. Might have a nice NBA future ahead of him after he's done at Iowa.

Right after Aaron hit his 3pter in the OSU game, Clark also said that if White could hit 3pters consistently, he'd be a 1st team all-America. Aaron has quietly hit 4/7 from beyond the arc in the last 10 games (he's now at 33% for the year), slowly building up his confidence from downtown. If he can continue that kind of shooting and make players respect him from out there, opening up lanes for his drives, he could certainly play in the NBA.

agreed. Marble does a lot, but white does a little of everything. Incredibly efficient. If he improves the 3 ball and continues his new found offensive aggressiveness he will have an incredible senior season also. The team will be his next year.
