It depends on the year for me. This year there are two games that come to the top, Nebraska and Iowa State. Losing to Iowa State when they end up being an inferior opponent always rankles my posterior. Since they are projected to be a better Big XII team I'm am going with Nebraska this season. I would say it's the irrational Nebraska fans expectations that it will become the dominant team in the West each year now that Frosty is the head coach. The sooner they learn that is not going to be the case every season the better.

I think it really boils down to these teams as a tie, in no particular order:
1. Moo U
2. Lil' Debbie
3. Mildcats
4. Golden Rodents
5. Wisky
Last year we were 3-2 against this bunch. Gotta do better, and probably have to go at least 3-1 against the 4 Big Ten teams to win the West.
