I'd be embarrassed to have them in any tournament if this is how they represent themselves.
 
Nader is JO-for-9 on the season. 4 threes this game.

big difference between a team that can shoot and one that can't. I don't care how good your defense is.
 
This is one of the worst three point shooting Iowa teams I have seen in a long time. Even Lick's guys could hit the outside shot.

Hell, this is one of the worst shooting teams I have seen period anywhere on the court. This is just utterly embarrassing that these kids have D-1 scholarships and can't shoot worth a damn.

Some of that is on the coaches but good God this is bad.
 
I'm starting to think that Fran losing a play-in game is as good as he has the potential to get. He can't carry Hoiberg's jock strap.
 
Very few Iowa players even putting out an effort. Hard to believe we're going to be wishing we were as good as last year.

Iowa hasn't been doing any favors contesting either. The defense today looks like it did last year. Flat footed, slow, and out of position.
 
I love Fran's passion but I am seriously starting to question his coaching/development of players. We are getting too far into his tenure for crap like this.
 
Never jumped on the "Fran is the man" bandwagon.....loses too many recruits and his x's and o's ability seems meh at best. So what does he do well besides yell often? Sure doesn't rebuild teams overnite like ISU seems to do 2-3 times per decade....that's for sure!

Everyone knew that if ISU hit the threes, this would be a tough game since Iowa can't shoot.

They haven't quit. They're shell-shocked.



It won't be the only time this year.
