I like Gabe, especially when his game is on. But for whatever reason, Olaseni seemed a step slow tonight. He was slow making switches on ball screens and he was out of position several times in rebound situations.

As for Uthoff, serious? Tonight?? Serious????? He didn't do one thing tonight worth keeping him on the floor - NOT ONE. He may become a good player and soon, but tonight he was just taking up space.

You are right. McCabe's 3 turnovers and 5 fouls in 14 minutes of play was so much better than what Uthoff gave us…..

Olaseni was blocking shots and forcing bad passes by MSU. He's shown all year to be better than Woodbury.

You must have missed the entire first half when Gabe shut down the lane and cause bad shots and/or shot clock violations. JU also had a nice drive to the basket which should have been an and one

Olaseni has more points, rebounds, and blocks in less minutes than Woodbury. Iowa plays better when he's in the game. Olaseni needs to play 20+ minutes a game.

I thought Woodbury played ok tonight. At least he made most of his throws.

I thought Gabe did ok too. Did a good job hedging the point guard.
McCabe not so great, got blocked a few times on dunks he should have rammed home.

Gabe does not have the mental game for tough Big 10 games. He is out of position a laughable amount on defense and falls for every single pump fake thrown at him. He's a liability and MSU exploited it when he was on the floor tonight. Woody played well. Free throws lost this game.
