Where is James Ferentz?

Normally I follow where all the graduating hawkeyes are in the NFL for being drafted or getting a tryout. This past year we had a limited number of players try out in the NFL compared to the previous 3 years. I forgot all about James Ferentz. Does anybody know if he tried out anywhere or whether or not he even wanted to. He had a good, solid career at Iowa and that generally gets a player a tryout in the NFL. If anybody knows I would appreciate being informed. Thanks in advance.

James was at the bears mini camp. Don't know the rest of the story.

Legitimate question about a good kid and very solid 3 year starter. Would love to know what he is doing. I already know people are mad about KF being wealthy and him hiring a young guy off of Belichek's staff.

Ok, I believe a few questions are in order:

1) Did you envy JVB when he was the Iowa QB?
2) If indeed you did envy JVB, was it for his football skills or the fact that several times a day he placed his hand near James Ferentz' crotch.

The answers to these questions are critical to determine if your thoughts are normal...not that there is anything wrong with those thoughts.

I do know he was downtown Iowa City last Saturday night, so I'm assuming he's not on any NFL rosters.

James had tryouts with Miami and Chicago but didn't make team. No idea what he is doing now but CAARHawk is probably close to the mark.

As for some of other comments in this thread, those are reasons I don't often visit this board any more.
