What type of person is Bielema off the field?

Maybe this has been bantered about but BB takes chances on the field, wants to clobber opponents, wants to win a natty champ and titles, and seems to play his talented players. I read that one reason he went to Ark. is to get more pay for his coaching staff which is admirable and I am not sure but Ark. may have slightly lower academic rules for students than Wisky.

But what is he like as a person? What is he like to fans and general public? Anyone have good knowledge of this, then please reply?

I do know that I lost all respect for Dan McCarney when it came out right after his hiring at ISU that he hit his wife in a domestic incident, or something to that effect. It was one of the reasons I really lost respect for the ISU football administration and AD's office. I wasnt a huge fan of the previous coaches, Waldon and Criner and one other coach. So to me and many fans it is important how the head coach and AD handle themselves in public (see Bo Pelini and others).

KF seems to be taking more flak the last 5 years because he seems to come off as aloof, cranky, guarded, etc at press conferences. I think KF is a really good man but he has not been as publicly endearing the last few years.

So is Bielema honest, open, likable or what exactly?

he seems to have an intense personality. the type that wears thin after a few years. He probably will get Arkansas to 10-2 after 4 years, then will have to move on because he wore out his welcome. e

why?

this is one of those times that if you have to ask the question, you already know the answer.

You are wrong, I do not already know the answer. What I know about BB is mainly he told Waldon he loved kicking his *** for 5 years, ok that is arrogance or hyberbole, but he was 22 years old.

He seemed to be a under the radar assistant coach and coordinator. He speaks his mind which is about all I know about him from his head coaching days. I have never seen much about him and his wife except he met her in Vegas I believe.

So I am not sure why you are calling him a ******.

i'm not the only one who used that phrase to describe him in this thread see: 'delta bravo' d.b. go call him out. i'm fine that you don't believe me.

10-2 in the sec west and have to leave?

Not a chance .

If it looks like he can't deliver that on a consistent basis and he is grinding on the administration, the fan base.....I can absolutely see a 'cut our loses while we are ahead' scenario.

Are you kidding me?

Fire a ten win coach for a perennial bottom feeder in the sec west?

Because you don't like his personality?

The stupidly required to pull such a move would be ground breaking.
