What if Norm Parker and Brandon Wegher never return?

Wegher is one player. A good player, but still just one of 100+ on the roster. Iowa will be fine, as long as Robinson doesn't get hurt and the passing game doesn't fall apart.

If Norm does decide to call it a career, it's a good bet that Kirk has had that in the back of his mind for a while now, and that there is a succession plan in place.

Let's not pretend that Norm hasn't had to miss time in the past due to health reasons, and lets not pretend that this is something that just came up.

On another note, I wonder what happens to the limb that gets amputated? Anyone know?
