Yikes....just tune into see we lost today. Looks like the basketball team also has some things to clean up.

I was worried we'd lose to Louisiana-Lafayette. Hopefully we can rebound against South Dakota State, but it wouldn't surprise me if we lost to them as well.

I watched most of the stream. We couldn't stop them driving to the hoop and we couldn't drive to the hoop without getting the ball stripped. Couple that with way too many turnovers and it was just ugly.

So, guard play was not adequate to the task?

Louisiana-Laughatit is RPI-125.
Iowa is RPI-228 because of 3 RPI-325+ games/wins.

Better team won because Iowa hadn’t been tested by good competition in the first three games. It would be a different game in February. This is November

One thing hasn't changed, we lost the last three Big Ten openers because we can't stop dribble penetration. Don't see any change since then. Bo is a 2 guard so is Ellison. Cmac and Baer will help but it doesn't solve the problem.
