WE'RE BACK!!!

Back to?.....better than .500 in conf play?.....6-6?.....lower tier bowl game?.....winning games we're supposed to?.....respectability?.....Bullies of the Big-10?

Glad things are clearing up for some.

Iowa is still a mystery team in my eyes, but I feel pretty confident things will start coming into focus for starting next week.

Yeah, we will know more in two weeks. I'm not sure how good Minnesota is...they have played no one and it looks like their passing game is terrible...so if we win next week, I still think the jury could be out on us. If we beat MSU, then I'll believe. I think they have a very good defense...and a very mediocre offense. Everyone knows, a great defense can win close games. That will be a major litmus test for this team and whether they are bowl worthy.

After watching NW's offense today, that team is beatable if we play well. Wisky is going to be a freaking handful though.

The further into this season we get, the more it is feeling like 2008. I just hope we beat Michigan State this time around.

Lets just wait and see how we do in conference play before we start buying our roses. LOL

Rudock is making better reads going into conference play, which cost us our one loss.

Our D line, while not getting any pressure, is still stopping the run.

Ive been the biggest Tanner Miller hater, but today it looked like he is ready to finally play some B1G football, he laid some hits out. I was rather impressed. Lets hope it wasnt just subpar competition.

Coaching seems to be hearing the gripes of the fans. I think a statement was made by us staying (fans) for most of the game. We wanted to see the team go for the kill, and we saw it. Maybe KF was having seizures in the locker room about our special teams scoring and our D scoring so many points, but its what we have been calling for.

Special teams, I fully realize that the competition was horrible, and out of position on both returns, but the thing I liked was that he actually returned a punt. Im so used to fair catches I was almost too much in shock during his first return to realize what was happening.

I was at the Goof/San Jose St game today. Trust me, Iowa has an excellent opportunity to win that game next week. I will do a sep. Thread on this in a bit.

After watching the Iowa game today and the rest of the B1G that I could watch. I am more hopeful than I was a week ago.

Michigan looks like the young team they are. Nebraska still has defensive problems. Michigan State is tough but beatable. And Iowa is starting show that they are coming together. Though it was against Western Michigan. It was the dominate win we were looking for.
