Weather forecast for Eastern Illinois

I post this every year. We must be getting close to gameday when you can get a weather forecast for the day of the game! Accuweather only has the forecast out through 9/3. But they say 90 and chance of storms. But if the GFS (linked below) is accurate that rain will clear out by the 4th. Also this forecast is guaranteed to change multiple times before the actual game.

AccuWeather.com - Iowa City Month Weather | Monthly Forecast for Iowa City, IA

Below is a link to the GFS long range model forecast. It shows clear skies - this would be 6am on 9/4. No rain in the forecast that day. I'll keep an eye on this. The GFS has been known to totally flop forecasts from one run to the next, which is why weather forecasting is so difficult.

Wow the weather changes by the minute in Iowa, besides game day in Iowa City is always good regardless of the weather we'll be there.

Want the weather forecast? Here it is:

Partly cloudy with a chance of an a$$ kicking

High of 60
Low of 30

Let's Go Hawks!

It will be raining pain on their relatively inexperienced QB when AC & Co. start piling up the sacks.
