you need to read the handbook on how to be a tavern hawk iowa fan.
here are some of those rules:
the best players have always been on the bench under KF.
iowa coaches are too conservative and out of touch with the modern-day athlete.
you gotta sometimes let your players be players and treat them a bit differently.
we need to blitz more - like we did v. MSU - how'd that work out?
we need to throw in young bench players when your starters aren't getting it done. see rule #1.
Agreed! The kid has 9 carries on the year against a NO BODY! We still don't know what we have there. Only speculation. Lots of head coaches on this board that don't know squat!

I agree it would have been nice just to see McCall in for a series. Just to change it up a bit and give Michigan State something else to think about. But I guess if he is indeed going to redshirt then no use in wasting his eligibility this season.

And alot of posters on here that if they dont agree with an idea or suggestion, instead of posting ideas or thoughts about how the game should go or what they interpeted as a successful gameplan they just say something about how this or that poster doesnt know squat... thats real
