We all need to support Kirk....

I finally see someone with some sense on this board. Iowa will continue getting 3 star recruits and win 6-8 games per year. Every once in a while we will have a 9-10 win season sprinkled in there, but nobody is going to come in and do better than KF.

Bullcrap... I would bet Brian Kelly, Urban Meyer and a few others could.

And what's so darn appealing about Eugene, OR? Seems they recruit quite a bit of talent there. And they run one hell of an offense.

When did Missouri, KSU, Nebraska, Northwestern and Wisconsin become national powers? Last I checked, none of them have been contenders year in and year out either. Bill Snyder is having a fantastic season but he's had some rough seasons along the way as well. Colin Klein has made his job MUCH easier the last couple years.

Have Northwestern, Wisonsin and Nebraska moved to a warmer climate and I missed it?

None are consistent national powers. K-State and Bill Snyder are the best counter to the disadvantage argument, and even that's not a thread ender.
