I would of said Minnesota, but they're currently up on Purdue 28-7 with a true frosh at qb getting his first start. Nelson, the qb, has 101 yards and 2 tds on last two throws.

Indiana is 1-3 in the Big 10 and picked up its first win against Illinois. They may have scored 49 against Ohio St., put they're also giving up 32 points per game. I still give the slight nod to Iowa.

While I agree with a Iowa at #9, I would have #10. Minny, #11 Purdue and #12 Illinois.
