Watching this game, it dawned on me why Iowa didn't beat Central Michigan

Every 4-5 years we rise to a contending level when all the stars in the universe are aligned in our favor.

Didn't Indiana score 49 against OSU? Do you honestly think we could pull that off this season?

Anyway, not sure how many stones I'd be throwing considering the glass house the Hawks are living in this season.

Indiana is 1-3 in the Big 10 and picked up its first win against Illinois. They may have scored 49 against Ohio St., put they're also giving up 32 points per game. I still give the slight nod to Iowa.

Bottom 4 goes 9. Iowa, 10. Indiana, 11. Illinois and 12. Minnesota.

It's been that way for about 50 years...but for some reason people we should be a conf camp contender every year.

Don't get me wrong...this year is baaaad.

See sig...

Iowa might not be very good this year, but Central Michigan is hot garbage. There was no reason to lose to them at home. I don't care how bad Iowa mat or may not be.

We only lost that and the other losses this year because of officiating. I'm tired of everyone bashing on this team.if not for a few bad calls we would be undefeated.

Now THAT'S looking at things through black and gold colored glasses!

While I agree with a Iowa at #9, I would have #10. Minny, #11 Purdue and #12 Illinois.
