I predict next season NU starts off 6-1 or 7-0 and the whole "We're back baby" "Never had a doubt" starts ....and then they go 0-5 to finish the year.

I think you're being generous, but I could see them winning 5 or 6 games with that schedule instead of only 4, which is the norm for them now.

I could see that, considering their final 5 games are tOSU, PSU, Iowa, Wisky, and the Goofers. I'd be totally fine with them ending the year on a 5 game losing streak and then get spanked in the Pinstripe bowl.

The only cupcakes in that first 7 games is Rutgers & Central Michigan. I could see an 0-3 B1G start on that schedule.

Scheduling SDSU is not quite as dumb as scheduling NDSU, but its close. That is a recipe for disaster. An FCS team coming into Lincoln and beating Nebraska.
