Actually, using him in the slot limits his run plays to jet-sweeps/reverses, whereas throwing to him out of the backfield, wheel routes, safety-valve stuff actually widens his scope of effectiveness.
Bob, I don't want him in the slot exclusively, but would love to see them move him around a lot. Hell, I'd even put him out wide occasionally! Running him between the tackles repeatedly when they stack the box is pointless!
