VOTE: Friday Night Football -- Good or Bad for Iowa?

Before the Penn State game, Gary Barta said Iowa would be participating in Friday night football games in the near future, but noted they would only participate on Labor Day Weekends.

While Barta noted this wasn't an ideal situation for Iowa, he agreed to it anyways. Personally, I think it's a terrible idea, but I'm just one voice.

It will be Friday night before Labor Day so you're talking a 6/7pm start instead of 11am start the next day.
Plus anytime you can be one of the only games on TV its a good thing. MSU has done it a few times if I'm not mistaken. If you're going to do Friday night games, this a good night to pick.

Bad, by the numbers drop in Iowa High School football, would hate for further decline (lack of interest of fans attending high school games). That's also one less game that Mid Prairie and Washington High recruits could attend on their recruiting trip choices....
