Video: Tour of Football Facility

Study room/emphasis?

Agree with other posters who've stated new facility >>> current state of program

I was on campus when HF had to fight the UI suits to get a bubble. I hope he comes back to see what he started.

I thought the team had a study facility that was separate from this venue, but I cannot recall for sure. Anyone confirm?

This is really something to see. Yes, it has to be a great recruiting tool and certainly expresses the support for Iowa football. I liked the fact that the players were the ones to give us the tour.

I, too, am a bit confused about why some posters decided it would be a good idea to slam KF in this thread. Frankly, I have not learned anything new about why KF should be fired for about the last 6 months. And, yes, we have also read the reasons why he should be given some more time.

Move on.

That place is ridiculously awesome and apparently Austin Blythe is obsessed with free drinks. Amazing video and great to see. :D

Now for my mini-rant. I've been on the fence about whether or not I think college football players need to get paid at some level, but after seeing this, they basically get coddled their entire 5 year career in college so I don't really see the point. I shared a tiny dorm room with another human being, meanwhile these 85 scholarship athletes get an entire building built specifically for them complete with leather couches, pools, 100 flat screen tvs, their own lockers that charge their phones, PS4, Xbox one, pool table, ping pong table, free meals, etc. On top of all that they get a free education that took me 10 years to pay back. Yeah, they get taken care of.

You're a racist. (I know there are lots of white players at Iowa...but just go with it)

very impressed with the facilities. They went all out. Now we just need ESPN to do a segment on our facilities like they did with Oregon... you cant ask for better publicity and positive recruitment than that

That is an awesome facility. Very well done.

Now if the football team can produce like the facilities team.
