Thanks USAF. This is the only Midlands action I've been able to watch.

It appears Futrell has improved a lot during his RS year. Were you able to see any of his matches? What do you think Ramos' chances are against him in the semis?

In my opinion, Ramos will have a better chance with the likes of Futrell and Oliver than he would with Graff, Clark, and Moore. The first two are built for speed with some funk. Ramos is quick but probably not as quick as those two, so if he can use good defense and continue to attack against those two, he might surprise.

Clark and Moore, are both strong and utilize good defense with Moore probably getting the edge with his offense and Clark having better defense. They match up better with the bigger guys at the weight like Graff and the guy from Boise, but can be beaten by those with quick offenses.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Ramos is in the drivers seat but has to continue to win now that he appears to be the front runner. One slip up and Clark will smell blood. With both Moores' missing, I'm getting a bad feeling. Either they had a family emergency, or both are not liking their current situation and may be considering other options. I am going to have to assume that they had some type of family commitment, because I can't see Brands not bringing them.
