Maybe with one of the best defensive lines in the nation? And a really solid group of LBs?

Make their average QB beat us. This what every team in the B1G does to us. They beg for us to make a QB beat them.

No way he passes for 400 yards against Iowa. Eppy will have a field day.

No one on our schedule truly scares me. The coaching staff scares me more than any opponent.
 
Took the ML last week at Iowa +145. I never bet the number with Iowa if they are a dog at the time, as I don't even want to win money if they lose the game, so I go ML only in those cases. I'm not super confident about this game, but I figure getting +145 it was worth a shot.

My man, me too. I bet a chunk on the spread (+4.0) and a larger chunk on Iowa +155. I just threw everything I’ve gained at this game. Worst case, Iowa State beats us and I’m back to the initial $400 deposit I made for week one, and I still have my season win total futures in play (Iowa over 7.5, Nebraska under 8.5, and Arizona under 7.0). Those are in decent spots right now, with Arizona and Nebraska both losing games they were favored in (At Hawaii and at Colorado). My ML bet on Hawaii week one really put me ahead early.

Wisconsin should scare you. Their line is really, really good. We may have a top DL, but that's not at all settled right now. Miami's tackle did a pretty great job on him, and Taylor can hurt you up the middle anyway, and they run the power o better than anyone in the country, and their D is top notch. They scored 61 points by running the ball. That's just ungodly.

I think Iowa competes with them, but it's a toss up as well and it's a long season. Injuries will play a role by then, too.

Yeah - the field position really helped him there. Iowa had that game, and they let it slip away. It was way luckier of a final score for Wisky than it looked.

The game that really irks me lady yeast is Purdue and Penn St.
 
Little early to be talking Wisky, isn't it? Especially with the opponent coming up this Saturday.

I think we win because we've got a damn, good team.

Kicking myself for not placing that bet... but I told myself not to bet on the game and find other games and just cheer the Hawks.

I think Iowa is the better team. Only thing that concerns me is ISU coming off a bye week so having even more time to prepare and the atmosphere with having Gameday in town.

Some books now have Iowa -1.5, with all of the online books now at -1.5. This much early action on the Hawks really bodes well, this kind of movement is some lopsided betting.
