I bet you it will be now. I have heard that the PAC 12 CEO's are having another meeting this afternoon/tonight.

If the rumors about Oregon and Washington are true, there is no way AZ will not move to the Big 12. No reason to stay in the PAC and sink with that boat.
 
My brother and I have agreed for a while now that FBS college football will have two conferences: the ESPN conference and the Fox Sports conference.
