Handle University's newly opened training center in Urbandale features the same hardwood the University of Iowa basketball team used from 2002 to 2016.

Handle's owner John Lamb bought the floor — complete with a Tiger Hawk at center court — for $60,000 last year after the UI renovated Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

Thats cool. The court from the game of the century(Houston vs UCLA in Astrodome) was sold and installed in a volleyball/basketball facility in Houston. I officiated a game on it.

We have a center down here in a suburb of St Louis that has the old St Louis Hawks basketball court as well as some college courts. Its pretty neat.
