I was strolling into work today around 0530am and saw the University of Aurburn private jet parked right outside the airbase fences at Elliot Aviation. Could they be here to visit Matt Campbell? Just an Idea because I mean Auburn loses again this weekend and Iowa State takes down another high ranked opponent. Haha I don't know....

Between Malzahn’s buyout and Campbell’s buyout they’d be spending a fortune before whatever salary they’d have to give him to lure him away.

That's never stopped the fuskers so I would think it wouldn't be any big deal for them.

Wait, the plane said university of auburn? It’s an imposter, please someone contact the FAA. That university is Auburn University.

I saw the William & Penn bus broke down on I-380 just outside Iowa City yesterday morning (seriously) Do you think they are here to recruit Brian as their next head football coach?

Poor William and Penn with 2nd rate equipment.

Why would a university fly a private jet and make it obvious like that. Why not just charter a random private jet that's not labeled Auburn University?

Or, you know...email or phone call.

meeting with a head coach of another team in the middle of a season while you haven't fired your previous coach or gotten permission to interview a current head coach of another team breaks all sorts of rules.

I think they were on their way to Minnesota and had issues with the plane so landed in Des Moines.

On a side note, it would be funny if Iowa St. lost another coach to Auburn. Just sayin'.
