I really have no problem with them ticketing / arresting the real troublemakers. To me that's the person who is falling down drunk, verbally abusive, or is obviously drunk and a danger to themselves or others.

Some of these over-the-top tactics with the open container citations and the like give the appearance of attempting to solve a problem where none exists.

I think the university messed up their marketing campaigns... the lets get mad again was supposed to be for fans in response to these utterly stupid new tailgate rules.

As far as I am concerned, beer bongs, flippy cup, and beer pong are socially acceptable. Hell, I've been out of college for years and I would love to get a gae of flippy cup going.
