James Daniels brother Leshun was at Iowa for two years...but James still went to Iowa. Why would you do that? I get wanting to play with your brother...and maybe that overrode the systemic racism. Not sure what to think about that.

Honestly...I don't believe there is systemic racism in the football program...but there are issues that obviously need to be addressed.

Yea all of this seems like perfect timing. Is it racial? I understand the words said to Pryor were bad but that’s he said he said. What actual evidence of that do we have? The rest regarding tattoos, shoes being tied, etc sounds like Doyle giving guys shit like the washed up walk-ons always said he gave them.

Hard to understand going somewhere so terrible. You'd hope your brother wouldn't "put you through the same misery."

James has said he loves Iowa, he just wants to see it improve. And these guys are saying that all of this stuff is part of their life everywhere, but they would expect Iowa to be better. And Iowa will be, and his courage will help the program get there.
