On a side note, does anyone want to take a bet on whether or not UCLA starts some sort of "no nepotism" policy when it comes to a coach's kids in about 3 years or so?

I have two dreams I'd like to see come to reality this basketball season:
1. Have the Hawks finally make the NCAA tourney
2. Draw UCLA as our opponent and just beat the living daylights out of them

I was thinking just about the same thing. What a slimeball!
UCLA has a pretty decent legacy...doubt they need to pay a kid from Milwaukee to come to Westwood and play ball....I mean, Madison is not Westwood...word is that Looney's family played it very close to the vest but did not have their hand out...hence he passed on CoachK and Cal...two who will pay.
