Tracy is boilering up

Heck I didn't realize he had another year. That's cool good for him. Be fun to see him stick and make an impact at RB. He's listed at 6'1 and I bet he's a solid 205-210. I could see him making an impact at RB. Just hope he can hang onto the ball. That seems to have been his major issue.

why did he leave? oh ya, Petras was a bust and it was amplified by several recruiting busts on the O-Line. who owns that?

Well, he didn't exactly tear it up in W Lafayette the last two years. Also, it's prob not the best sign that they are still looking for a position for him going into a player's senior year. But, maybe he would have always been a better RB so worth the try, I guess to get him on the field. I wonder if he had a good 40 time and the reason both schools thought he'd be a good WR? Wonder the depth at Purdue at RB and if is a position of need?

I do wish him well next year.

Just think about how a few early practices in Iowa City changed that guy's life trajectory. Maybe if he had dropped two or three balls then ol' ball coach would have said "hey son, why don't you talk to my buddy Phil over there?" and he could have ended up an all-conference caliber defensive back who would have been decent enough to stick for a few years in the League.

No way is he 6'1". I've stood next to him and he wasn't any taller than me, and I'm only 5'10".

So, he's just going to come in and overtake the top two running backs for them? Mockobee and Downing?
