Illinois hired WR coach Chris Beatty away from Vanderbilt. This could be big for Iowa because 4-star WR Ian Thomas was down Vandy, Iowa, and Rutgers and 3-star WR Andre McDonald chose Vandy over Iowa in September before he ever took an OV to Iowa. If Iowa can swing either of those two WRs because of this coaching shake-up, that would be huge.

Rob Howe also tweeting he's hearing Rutgers too awhile ago.. that could be based on Pat and our own mentioning it though.

Well, today is the day for Lambert.

...Anyone else watching this Wisco situation closely? 4 coaches leaving (And head recruiter possibly leaving if the OSU Co-Off Coordinator gets the Wisco O-Coordinator job).. how will that shake out with recruits with about 4 weeks to go till NSD?

You'd have to assume Dodson is DEFINITELY jumping ship to OSU now.

What other recruits are out there for the taking? (Will a couple jump to Pitt with Chryst and staff?)
