I was listening to "From the Hawkeye of The Storm" podcast, and heard a shocking stat from Cory Brada. Through all games this season so far, Tory Taylor has averaged 288.2 punting yards per game. Iowa's offense has averaged 249.2 yards gained per game. That is a problem!

A 5-1 team that punts for more yard than it musters on offense. That's a crazy team, a unique team and hats off to Mr Phil Parker and Mr LeVar Woods. Impressive coaches!

Taylor punted for over 500 yards in this game, the offense went for 237. Two completions to WR, 6 completions overall, 37 yards passing. Leading receiver (All) got injured on the 2nd possession, but ended up with 2-19.

Shocking numbers, but we keep pulling these out. Crazy times to be a Hawk fan.
