I love college football, but I hope I live to see the collapse of revenues when the cable television bubble finally bursts and the collapse of college football in general from lack of kids playing the game in the North. The air is coming out of America's love of football and you see it in Iowa's student section and TV ratings. Plus, a lot of parents won't let their kids play. Those feminists will be so much happier when 80% of the scholarships disappear and everyone is "equal."
All the more reason for a college football expanded playoff. For me personally, college football is about all I pay really close attention to any more. Get old. have family. stuff that used to get my time no longer does and just lose more interest. I don't even have as much enthusiasm for college football as I used to 20 years ago, but still at games like the Penn state game or any Iowa/ISU game or the Ohio State game it can still test the ticker and get's the adrenaline going. The toughest loss every single year is the first one.
