Tip of the Cap to ISU

As impressive as the second half was, the first half was just as pathetic. I'm not sure what's going on with that team...at times they look like Kentucky, at other times they look like Rutgers. BDJ is also completely lost.

18 points in the 1st half....59 in the second half. FIFTY NINE.
 
it really was crazy to watch, both the extremely impressive play by Morris and Niang, and the utter awful, stupid, epic meltdown by Oklahoma.

In State crap talking aside. Really impressive.

I actually don't have the hate for ISU many do as I don't have to deal with the fans here in Omaha (I have to deal with Much worse nebby fans-although they're pretty quiet right now, just talking about returning to dominance in FB).

Good to see all 3 Iowa Bball teams playing well.

But, screw you ForeverClown. :cool:

I think they got 21 of those 59 in about 5 1/2 minutes.

Honestly... I prefer ISU winning because it helps our ratings/rankings

But...

I really couldn't care less otherwise. Everyone loves ISU and slobbers all over them and Hoiberg and loves to dog Iowa.

It's good for us that they win but

F*** em really, obnoxious Niang and have to make some kind of gesture everytime I make a shot Long...

I'll give them props for having a good team but I cant stand them.
 
That's what happens when your backs against the wall and you play w/a sense of urgency, and besides having athletes like ISU.....and for ISU, having a game like this will certainly give them a boost going into the B12 tourney....I watched about 2 minutes as I was watching House of Cards (season 3), then Better Call Saul, much more entertaining than "Hilton Magic"....God I hate that term.....
 
I think the moral of the story is if you get in a game of street ball with ISU, you are gonna get killed. Just like Fraschilla said last night, ISU went all "street ball" for the offense in the second half, and I can't believe that Oklahoma allowed them to do that. Terrible coaching on Kruger's part.

I don't have proof ... but I think he said, "here's 5 free points, taking only a few seconds off the clock, thus opening the door for your team and awakening your fans."
 
Wow...amazing....no team in the history of basketball EVER came back from being 21 points down. Win for the ages. Greatest game ever. Greatest team ever.

Saul was great. Loved the talking toilet. Wife and I were dying laughing how awkward that scene was.

Those 2 shows are awesome. Well done.
 
Tale of 2 halves. ISU was garbage in the 1st half, OU was garbage in the 2nd half.

FWIW if I have to hear Brent Musberger say Hilton Magic one more time, I will stick my head in a snow bank.
