Time to go Brian

BF is learning on the job, growing pains, and this is just part of the deal. There is no heat on him so he an continue with this trail and error bullshit as long as he wants. His main job right now, along with his father, is to not let this locker room get divided. Clearly, there has to be a lot of frustration there.

I know a lot of you don't like Fran, but after watching this shit show two weeks and counting, basketball cannot get here soon enough!

The first step is admitting there's a problem. Everyone should realize by now KF doesn't view a bad offense as a problem.
One could also say the KF just hates points period, points being scored on his defense and his offense scoring points. It magically lines up well with his “keep it close philosophy” despite not ending up on the right side of it the majority of the time.

"If we shut them out our 3 points would have been enough".
While technically I agree and we will chase perfection, our defense is within the vicinity of greatness and our offense is not even close to p5 level. Unless our defense holds everyone, including Wisconsin to 17 or under AND our offense puts up 30 plus on everyone, you are not going to convince anybody. Our offense is worse than Illinois.
Like I said outside of putting up 40 on Wisconsin and possibly a bowl opponent, this offense doesn't stand a chance of being respected.
Purdue? MN put 38 on them.
Northwestern? MSU put up 31 on them.
I'm not even talking about Wisconsin, because we don't belong in the same conversation as them.
Minnesota? Purdue put up 31 and Georgia southern put up 32.
Illinois? Nebraska put up 42.
Nebraska? Illinois put up 38 and Minnesota put up 34.

If you notice I didn't put the beat downs the top teams put on anyone. Just avg offenses putting up 30 plus on everyone (except Wisconsin) left on our schedule.

Why is everybody being critical of my son Bri? It’s not like he’s on the field. Our student athletes need to focus on the task in front of them and perform like I know we have trained them to.

He’s terrible. Completed fade route to ISM to the 4. Iowa goes hurry up and slams the ball up inside on 1st and goal with the completely wrong personnel on the field to do it. Nobody blocked anyone, total waste of a down

I thought everything was much improved over last week. If we can get a win against Wisc. were golden

Last year our defense was so good that they scored a lot of points themselves via Tds and safeties, which inflated our “scoring average” making the offense look better than it was. They also set up the offense in great field position so much.

This years defense is solid but they haven’t generated the turnovers. Our field position hasn’t been nearly as good because of it.

The constant is bad offensive play though. That’s apparent.

I agree with this, but I think they're not generating the turnovers this year, because we've showed that opposing offenses can be as conservative as they want. If the offense was moving the ball or didn't look completely lost I think opponents would open things up a bit and we'd have an opportunity to force some turnovers.
