Time to give King some snaps on offense

Time to be creative with our difference maker in Desmond King. Let's see him slide to the offense and play in the slot, or some end arounds a number of plays each game. And the argument of injury is lame, because I know of no other position that is as dangerous as a punt returner. If anything, this could help jump start our offense. Anyone else had thoughts along these lines?

King has 1 focus at this point... mastering his craft.

This isn't a slight on King as he's the best corner in the history of Iowa football but I just don't see him as the explosive athlete that you just hand the ball to and let make plays. I think Parker is that guy. The issue with Parker has been mental and avoiding fumbling the football.

While I'd like to see King as much as possible I'd think he'd have to play a lot of snaps as a decoy in order for defenses to not key on him when he does get the ball.

I will cosign on this. Unless you absolutely can't get any production out of any other receiver besides Vandeburg let King do his thing at corner and let him continue to return kicks.
