If Tebow isn't winning at life I'd like to know how horrible your life is, considering he's an NFL qb and you're some guy on a message board. He lives his life the way he wants to, and is a good person for it. Because he doesn't screw every woman he meets he's not winning at life? You're a joke.

I like Tebow as he seems to be a genuine person and does good things.
There are MANY players in the NFL who do good things outside of football but have not received anywhere near the publicity that Tebow has received.
People act like Tebow is the only good, clean guy in the NFL which is far from true.

Tebow is not asking for attention. Besides, I'm just happy to see an athlete in the news for being a good guy as opposed to being in trouble with the law. The jealousy from some is what is disgusting. Probably the same dopes (no pun intended) that defended DJK on this forum through his troubles.

People that don't like him as a football player can dislike him all they want. Thats fine thats what sports is about. People that dislike him because of the man that he is and how he conducts himself are just flat out jealous. People that think he's getting too much attention because of that don't have to pay attention. Nobody makes you turn on the tv log on computer or read the paper. The cool thing is Tebow can care less what anyone else thinks. He just is who he is.
LOL I always enjoy being called "some guy on a message board" by another poster on a message board. What if you find out Tim Tebow posts on message boards, would that blow your mind?

I think his point was that if Tebow isn't winning at life, then it's not possible to win at life. He's doing something he loves, he's a great guy, and he's making a big difference in the lives of a lot of people. Most people can only claim the first two, if that.

For the 1,873,457th time we get it, he is a good dude....no one with half a brain disputes that. The league is full of punks and thugs and Tebow is the only person that is a Christian, that is selfless, and does charity work.

Yep, because it's easy to escape the incessant talk about him. I mean, it's on sports radio, sports news sites. It's on this site. It's on the front of Yahoo damn near every day. It's on the comic book sites I read even, ffs.
I watch sports to get away from this kind of **** (and the same went for Stanzi's stuff).
Yeah, those verses written on his eye black and thanking invisible beings isn't asking for attention, not at all.
There's a lot of very religious guys in the NFL, some perhaps even more so than Tim Tebow. Yet, we don't hear about them in this fashion, and that's the way it should be.

For all of you that keep defending Tebow, have you actually seen him throw the football? Aside from all the praying he does and all the controversy he creates with his faith, on the field he looks horrible as a quarterback. I have seen High School kids make better throws than Tebow. Right now he is in a gimmick offense that occasionally gets lucky but it is the Denver defense that has been keeping them in games. At some point the luck is going to run out and look at what you are going to have as an NFL quarterback.

Oh they would have heard of him. There would be a huge outrage about him praying during the games and him injecting his beliefs into every press conference at interview. Because he's a white christian the mainstream media eats it up.
For some reason Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf's praying during games did not go over as well in Denver.
