Of all the assistants that I thought might be on the move he was kinda at the top of the list. He has done a heck of a job with the Oline in terms of pass protection this year no doubt. But that said the running game... We didn't have too many guys get to the 2nd level untouched let's just say that.

Any of our other coaches being rumored to be moving on? Polasek is the only one I've even remotely heard amongst having any serious rumors.

Why would he go somewhere and be an OC when he can stay here and be an Oline coach so baby Ferentz can be the OC? I'm sure this is his dream job.

Maybe. Pay would be relatively equivalent and if he has good relationship with BF maybe he figuring on moving up here when BF takes over from Pops.
