Clearly you think that northwest Iowa high school basketball is closer to Big Ten quality than the national AAU circuit, in which Woodbury performs at a very high level.

Roy Williams and Thad Matta don't come knocking just because a kid is 7'1". And I think they probably know more about basketball than you do.
 
Basabe doesn't play when he struggles. It doesn't really matter if he starts when he then only players 10 minutes because he doesn't show up. He's going to get minutes because we need him to show up if we are going to win so complaining about if they are at the beginning of the game or later in the game is useless.

In fact, if he's going to struggle, it's best to find that out earlier than later.

Actually they do just come knocking if you are seven foot, thats why Roy williams offered 6 other 7 footers full rides on the same day he offered Woodbury. He was just taking what he could get. AAU ball? Are you serious? It's like the primetime league, glorified open gym ball. AAU is to showcase your offensive talents, nobody plays hard nosed defense on the circuit

I think you just proved that you were the overly sensative kid who never played sports because the coach always made you run home and cry to mommy. It'll take you longer than you think to reach "Legend" status. 1. It's based on post count, and you have a long ways to go for that, and 2. At the rate you're going, you won't survive the banhammer long enough to do it.
