This Team Loadwd With "Football Players"

This team is not blessed with championship athletes at every position 5 star recruits or all Americans, but I do see some solid skills and passion in this team. I think this group, from what I have seen so far has a good shot at being one of those Iowa teams that plays better and better as the season goes on. I see more passion in this team than I have seen in a few years. They seem to like contact play with more fight and have a better understanding of their assignments this early.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying we are going to be OSu by seasons end but I'm not dismissing this group from making big strides.

I worry more about late game strategy than I do about the guys we are fielding.

Serious question, but do you ever pay attention to those back 4 guys on the defense? You might want to try that sometime. Or maybe not.
